Combi plans

Our Guarantee
You won't find more minutes for £30. GUARANTEE. Based on a comparison of the set number of UK network anytime inclusive minutes offered by the other 4 networks (O2, Orange, Vodafone and 3) in their SIM only, 12 and 18 month plans for new customers. Our comparison excludes any promotional offers from the other 4 networks.
Join us on Solo 30 or Combi 30 at £30 a month. Then, if at any time you can show us that you can get more minutes included in a plan available from 3, O2, Orange or Vodafone at £30 a month, call us and we will match or even beat the minutes of a like for like package. Solo 30 and Combi 30 have their own extra legal stuff.
You can ask us to match those minutes once a month. For Solo 30 customers, this guarantee lasts for as long as you continuously stay on Solo 30. For Combi 30 customers, you may lose our guarantee if you move, renew or upgrade your plan.
A like for like plan is a current plan promoted directly by one of the other 4 networks on their whole phone range to all new customers at £30 a month (inc. VAT). So, the same type of minutes with the same phone at the same price for the same length of minimum term.
Our guarantee is all about the minutes that are built into your plan, not offers that are here today and gone tomorrow. So, our minutes aren't promotional or shared and our £30 a month price isn't promotional either. Our guarantee plans aren't promotional plans or just for businesses and the monthly payment isn't partly for a phone. So, as a guideline, anything like that wouldn't be a like for like offer when compared to our plans. For Combi 30, our minutes won't vary each month and so any plan with that type of minutes isn't a like for like offer. Remember that we won't match minutes on a plan which isn't offered genuinely. If we don't accept that a plan you bring us is a like for like offer, you'll stay on your current plan.
Unlimited texts
Join Combi 30, 35 or 40 by visiting us in store, by calling us or via the T-Mobile online store before 30 September 2008 and you'll get free unlimited texts. The free texts are the same type as your inclusive ones. You may lose your free texts if you move, renew or upgrade your plan.
Extra 10% off online
Join Combi 35 or 40 by going to t-mobile.co.uk before 30 September 2008 and you'll get 10% off your monthly line rental. That means that on Combi 35 you'll pay just £31.50 a month and on Combi 40, you'll pay just £36 a month. You'll keep getting your discount until you move, renew or upgrade your plan.
Combi 30 free web'n'walk offer

Nokia 6650 offers
Luna Headset - To get your free Luna Bluetooth headset, take out any new connection or upgrade to one of our pay monthly plans (not including Solo) with a Nokia 6650 phone between 1st July 2008 and 30 September 2008 in our stores, over the phone from our telesales team or via www.t-mobile.co.uk. If you purchase in store you will be able to take the Luna headset away with you. If you purchase over the phone or via our webpage we'll send the headset in the post with your new phone.
Join any T-Mobile plan with a Nokia 6650 before 30 September 2008 by visiting us in store, calling us or going to www.t-mobile.co.uk and you can get six months' free satellite navigation on your Nokia 6650. You'll have to activate the satellite navigation using the instructions provided with the phone before 28 October 2008 to use it. If you don't activate it by then you'll lose it. After the six months are up you won't be able to use the satellite navigation for free any more.
You'll need web'n'walk to use the satellite navigation system. If your plan doesn't include web'n'walk, we'll charge 0.73p per KB each day (midnight to midnight) until you hit £1 a day and then we won't charge you any more. You'll need web'n'walk coverage, check it at t-mobile.co.uk/streetcheck. You can only use web'n'walk in the UK and you can't use your phone as a modem or use web'n'walk for peer to peer file sharing, instant messaging (except if you have a Sidekick) or making internet phone calls. Web'n'walk comes with a fair use policy of 40MB a day. We'll monitor how much you send and receive each calendar month so that we can protect our network for all our web'n'walk customers. If you use more than your fair use policy amount, we won't charge you any more, but we may restrict how you can use web'n'walk, depending on how often you go over your amount and by how much.
