Once you have been connected for 45 days you can register with us online or by phone by giving us your contact details:

  • Full name
  • Billing address
  • Postcode
Register online
If you have an email address you can register online. When you have successfully registered we will send you an email to confirm this as well as giving you your login and password details, which you can use to view your profile page online.
Register by phone
If you don't have an email address you can register with us by calling 0845 412 2333.
As soon as you have registered we will send you the gift we promised you to your billing address. Please allow 28 days for it to arrive.
Remember that if you don't register with us within another 60 days, you won't be able to claim your gift.
You won't be able to ask us to send or sell your gift to anyone else or swap it for anything else and you won't be able to get actual cash instead.

You'll have to promise to stay with us for 18 months and pass our standard credit check.
Combi 40 inclusions
Combi 40 inclusive minutes and texts are from the UK to all UK mobiles and numbers starting with 01, 02 or 03 at any time. This doesn't cover Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.
Unlimited texts offer
Join Combi 40 18 month plan before 30 September 2008 and you'll get free unlimited texts. The free texts are the same type as your inclusive ones. You may lose your free texts if you move, renew or upgrade your plan.
Your free gift
We're afraid that you won't be able to combine your free gift with any other offer apart from the unlimited texts offer This offer isn't open to T-Mobile employees, contractors, their family or friends. If we unexpectedly run out of the gift you want, we will give you a similar gift of greater or equal value instead.
People who are not eligible for the free gift
You won't be able to register to claim your gift at all if:
